Fully modular library system
The KnowAll library database system is suitable for small, medium or large libraries, from single to multi-site organisations and has multiple workflows. This means all offices or branches can use the library database system, but work separately. KnowAll interface for librarians and information professionals allows you to carry out administration & cataloguing, serials management, loans, acquisitions and financial reporting in your own modular library system. The KnowAll system also offers modules for knowledge management and research enquiry tracking.
Integrated Library Management and Knowledge Management Software
One of the problems facing many organisations is how to integrate your library collection with the documents held on your network. With KnowAll we make that integration possible. This ranges from simple hyperlinks to full integration with document management systems. Knowledge management documents are collected via your firm's document management system and there are no security issues with your own library database software.
Poly-hierarchical Taxonomy
KnowAll library database software benefits from the inclusion of a poly-hierarchical taxonomy to index your collections. Terms can belong to one or more broad terms or parents. You can also construct your own thesaurus or import terms from a published source.
